South Denver Imaging

Was scheduled for an MRI. Went in, things went smoothly & I was out quickly. Later that evening, I receive a call from one of the employees saying "you were scheduled for 1 MRI w/ contrast & 1 without." "Why did u leave before the MRI w/ contrast was done?" I simply said, I'm the patient. Why are you asking me. When the tech told me I was all set. Goodbye. That was kinda my cue that I was done. Totally unprofessional the way it was stated-feeling blame was put on me.

Now of course, I need to schedule yet another appointment,take time off of work for an error THEY made. Then a message stating to be there by 8:15 check in (I arrive at 8) and then I'm told my appointment is for 8:45 so you'll have to wait.

Seriously? Extra days of pain, getting blamed for their error & now I have to sit here for 45 minutes?

GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY! This will be the last time I come here for anything.
