My vehicle was checked over thoroughly, and the problem corrected. They provided good communication and informed me about both the needed and suggested repairs. The courtesy shuffle was a life-saver! My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and done ahead of the estimated time - even though the shop was very busy.

What a great experience. Larry Goodman was our sales associate. Ron was there with him in the office to make us feel just as comfortable. Although Ron wasn't our sales associate, he treated us like family. He even gave our 3 kiddos Hersey and granola bars. Anyhow, we too visited several dealerships and were so disappointed. EMI didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. They took our number and said they would let us know when they find something. Needless to say, the found us the perfect SUV. After many hours of research on our part, they truly did find us the best deal. Their was never any haggle. The vehicle asking price was awesome. We felt like we were dealing with family. I've bought 6 cars in my life and NEVER have I had an experience as pleasant as this.I would recommend EMI to everyone. As a business Owner myself, I highly recommend EMI.
