Kuni Honda must have had drastic change over the last review in 2014 because Rahul in service has been great to work with. Rahul has got the job done for me in a timely manner and has kept me informed when I ask him to update me on concerns I have with my vehicle. I take my Honda Accord and my Volvo XC90 into Kuni Honda because of Rahul. Thank you and don’t change what you’re doing now because it works for me.

Would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. For the amount of time and the amount of money that it takes to buy a car, you would think that the dealership could manage small details like spelling your name and address correctly on the paperwork they submit on your behalf to financial institutions and the DMV. Nope! Not at this dealership. The address change was easy enough to fix, but I'm currently making car payments under an incorrectly spelled last name and don't know how I'm going to register the car at the DMV since I don't have proof of ID for the incorrect name this dealership submitted. Huge, huge pain in the butt, and the dealership has done nothing to remedy the situation except harass me with a sales call and ignore all of my attempts to get a status update on them fixing my name that THEY messed up.Absolutely recommend going somewhere else! This dealership doesn't seem to care about customer service at all and has made this whole car buying process extremely painful.
They stole $600 from me and tried selling me a 2002 lexus that had issues. Scammers! Liars! Do not go here. Please!!! Their cars look okay on the outside but do not function. Only had the car in my possession 2 days & they charged me $109 for 6 days. Filed a complaint with the BBB & am in the works of getting this public & spreading the word!
These people literally stole my car. I don't write reviews but feel obligated to protect others. I bought a car. Mario promised to take care of any issues. I was asked to provide a good review of the business by three staff members and Mario to offset some really bad reviews. I was afraid they wouldn't fix my car so I gave them a 5 star review. I then asked if I could trade the car for another that would be safer to drive cross country. Mario said he would love to have the car back and that they would let me trade it. I came into the dealership. Mario asked for my paperwork for the first cash transaction to process the trade. I selected another vehicle. I had personally invested another $1,000 in tires and repairs of my first purchase I drove for over a week. At the last minute he informed me that the owner would not take the car back in trade. Mario told me that he would sell my car for me and had two people from the original ad still wanting the car. I needed to sell it so I could leave in time to spend Christmas with my family and relocate. He asked me to leave my car and keys with the dealership so he could sell the car for me. I purchased the second vehicle and had now given this dealership two sales and a great deal of cash as well as a 5 star review they asked me to provide. When I expressed concern that I was leaving and they still had my car, Mario became abusive and threatened to abandon my car and leave the keys in it. He told me I was a fool to trust leaving my car with him without a consignment agreement. I have this communication in writing. For days I have tried to reach Mario and Edgar the finance manager on their personal cell phones as well as the dealership and the owner by phone and email. There is no response. The police drove by the lot and no one is to be found. They relisted my car for sale by the dealership to sell it a second time. When Mario asked for the original paperwork on the first car I purchased so he could process the trade for a second vehicle, Edgar gave me back two packets for the same car, the second car, making me think he was returning the paperwork on my first purchase. They have my cash, my car and the title they never provided me. Can they get by with this? Of course not. I have daily communications and receipts proving I had ownership of the car and communications from Mario proving this. I even have an uncashed check for "change for cash purchase" of the vehicle. But the dealership is holding my vehicle hostage. I am going to miss Christmas with my family. This is a nightmare. I purchased two vehicles and gave these people a great deal of cash in a week as well as giving them a 5 star review they demanded. This is the way they treat customers. I have since retrieved this review and they are holding my car hostage. Take heed of the bad reviews and understand that they solicit and force good reviews, holding taking care of problems with vehicles they sell over customers. It is not worth the risk. No legitimate business could do this or could put a customer through this stress. They also say that they are obligated to protect your personal information and confidentiality. I would not trust this either. All I want is the car I bought and the title I was promised. I am not seeking a refund or for them to fix the vehicle as promised. I just want my property returned so I can try to recoup something for it.
Great salesperson Brandon Smith , still helping us out .doing his job far and beyond .............................................
I did offer you a refund for the amount that was left over after the labor I had already put into it. Please tell the whole story before bashing me. You were quoted for a basic rebuild, it was never a binding bid. After opening the motor, we found that a rotor and housing were badly damaged and needed to be replaced. This was never in our first estimate. Now since this was found we needed to check everything for more damage that could have occurred. We hot tanked washed everything and rechecked it to see what more damage was there. Now this does change the labor hours and parts we needed to order. Also I ordered the housing and rotors (NEW OEM) that are really hard to find and get, due to them not making the rx8 motor anymore and you damaging the main pieces for the rebuild.
These guys are liars. Don't buy a car from them. They tried selling me a broken car that they had told me was fixed. They took my money and then lied about it until I told them I had proof. Don't trust them. They have sold a lot of lemons to a lot of people.
THREATENED me, and lied about car trade. Came in to look at new car, was very specific about needs and budget. They showed me a car that was too high, when there were other cars on the lot that would have fit. I said no thanks, but would you still take my old car for the quoted price, even if i dont buy? Was told yes in the presence of 2 salesmen. Brought it back later in the day, was told it was a "misunderstanding". Nothing burns me worse than dishonesty, and it severely wasted my time.At that point, it was late Saturday night. I had to get rid of my old car before getting on a plane the next morning (I was traveling and needed to get home. Got a flight instead of new car). AND my car battery doesnt charge, so it could die at any moment on the street (hence the trade). While I'm trying to find a solution on my phone in the parking lot, they command me to leave. I say I will not leave until we find a solution (I would have done it earlier in the day had I known Kuni would not take it). I'm told it's my problem and to vacate before they call the police. I'm sure they at least know a junker or someone who could help. Way to help a struggling, down-on-his-luck traveler.
One of the best Dealers around. I have just bought a new Ford Mustang the yesterday from them, runs and drives amazing.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Bought a vehicle from this place a few weeks ago, since we purchased the vehicle, we can't get a hold of anyone. I emailed the finance guy with a question we had, he never responded. We called several times and were transferred to voicemail 5 times, even after requesting to be transferred to a live person. When we finally did get a hold of someone regarding a question we had, he was rude and did not seem concerned because he was not working with us on the sale. We did not get a response until we drove 45 minutes back down to the location and showed up in person. I've emailed the regional manager, with no response. I expect more from a regional manager. The vehicle was supposedly detailed TWICE and still had soda pop, dirt on the console & dog hair all over the back seats, so bad that we had to get it professionally cleaned ourselves! Not cool. I feel like it was blue skies and fluffy clouds until you sign the paperwork. Once you sign the paperwork, you're just a worthless annoying customer. After being lied to, ignored, and mistreated, I'll never shop here again. We would've returned the car and eaten the $400 restocking fee if it wasnt the best choice out of the 5 in Colorado. Bad bad business ethics.
