Cox Store

PLACE SUCKS..THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK..HAHAHAHAHAHA THEY ALL ARE A JOKE THERE.. CALLED THIS PAST FRIDAY 2/26/2016,..STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK.. customer people there,NEED TO BE TRAINED TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS NEEDS,NEVER MIND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE ANYWARE.

This cox store is horrible, the peo people were mean and rude. Customer care told me I needed new modem for new available Internet speeds of 200mbs. People at solution store told me that this area only has 150mbs, they even refused to call tech department to verify speeds. They called me a liar, yelled at me, and swoar at me. Called customer care back and threatened to cancel service over issue with store. Customer care gave me big credit to stay and sent in complaint to management about cox solutions store.
