Good place to go if you need help with all kinds of insurance, investments, retirement planning. If you can get a hold of Kris Yelverton he took care of everything for me from car insurance to my IRA and even set up a bank account and credit card for me. Every time I have questions about anything I can speak with him directly and hes always there to answer all my questions. Very knowledgeable, great advice and if you want to come in the office he will invite you in for a face to face meeting. Saved alot of money glad I started up with them.

My husband and I have been with Jim Rollo Insurance for a few years now and Kris Yelverton is our representative. Kris has always handled our insurance needs with speed and accuracy. We chose Jim Rollo sort of haphazardly when we moved to the area from out of state but have been very pleased. We have been customers since 2005. He's helped us with insurance on our home, our cars, and with our life insurance. He's also a good supporter of our community - he sends out gift certificates to a local restaurant, he spoke at the Homer Brink PTA recently, and he does numerous other things to help the local businesses and schools. I strongly recommend him!

The employees are the best. They ALL take care of you personally. When I call with a question, but my agent is on the phone, they handle it just the same. I had an accident July 2012, and even though I was 100% no fault and had to deal with the other personals agency, my agent was with me every step of the way. Had all of her research done on my damages to make sure I received every penny i was entitled to. I have Homeowners through Jim Rollo's State Farm as well and when we flooded in Sept 2011, even though I didn't have flood insurance, my agent helped me with FEMA. The whole crew is amazing. I adore them and would never switch agencies!!! <3 Thanks a MILLION guys!!
