Pizza Cookery

Nice family run place, however food is just not very good. The place needs to be upgraded as well, looks like it did 20 years ago. Very average.

I really enjoyed the pizza and salads they made for us.

My family and I dined at Encino pizza cookery. The food was okay, not bad, not great.....however, when i tried to use a $5 coupon they were advertising (and still are on their website) for ANY $30 order or more the owner told me i could not use it! He also told me that if i did not like that, i did not have to come anymore. Also, he never printed a register receipt, just gave me the bottom of my table order ticket with the total of $31.83 (which did not even include the tip i paid) when i insisted on a receipt since i paid cash. I think he was terrible over this $5 coupon! Also, 2 weeks ago my family and I were there and he overcharged me almost $15 for the same family meal, which i did not notice until this time around. A real JERK of an owner, does not value your business and mistreats the customers, I'd rather go somewhere else!
