Not to pleased with them, bought a used bike that started needing valve work after 25 miles. and continuously tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with it, of course there was not until after the first short ride. they refuse to fix it. And I have been in contact with my lawyer to resolve the situation.
It was a long day with the dealership, but at the end of the day I walked away with a really nice ride. I felt a bit pressured to do the deal that night but I think I was more nervous and irritated with my child plus it was a long day. I would go back there.
Sam Iovino and Vic Olive are exceptional salesmen. I first made a purchase with them in 2006. Since then my husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles from these gentlemen. Why so many? We have upgraded over the years to fit our growing family. Not only are they wonderful with lady buyers but they are wonderful with my children. May I add that I am a tough customer. If anyone holds Monroeville Chrysler Jeep to a high standard it's me. Vic's NO PROBLEM customer service relationship with our family has always been top notch. Give these guys a try...they don't disappoint!
I don't kow why every woman who has any concerns about driving in the snow does not invest in a Jeep Liberty. I reluctantly turned in a 13-year old Jeep Cherokee which I loved. I went to the Monvorevlle Chrysler Jeep dealership in Monroeville, and was treated absolutely great. I was quite uneasy going in there, but for no reason. The whole deal was all over in a day or two. The salesman, Sam Iovino, was great. The manager, Victor Olive, also introduced himself, and followed up the sale with mail and phone calls. This was in September and have since been through a pretty miserable winter. I have since been to the service department, and they, also were great. Very friendly. Sam Iovina, the sales person, was probably the reason I walked out of there with my new Jeep. I love my Jeep!!!
This was the first time that I have gone to a dealership and was not mistreated or intimidated by a salesperson! I must say, after everything I went through at this dealership, I would recommend any one to take car of your needs. I had bought a jeep cherokee limited and within 19 hours of owning it, the transmission went in it. I called the dealership and they sent a towtruck to me within 5 min., had me towed in and took care of me immediately. I was put in some one else's demo until they could figure out what was really wrong with my vehicle. After comtemplating with my husband about what happened, we decided to go back to the dealership and try to get a new car to replace the one I just bought because of the safety issues. I have to say, when I presented my case to Victor, he gladly helped me get another vehicle that morning! I never felt intimidated, the service manager spoke with me and Victor also and everyone was so respectful and mindful to the situation and was willing to do anything and everything to help me. Thanks so much Monroeville Chrysler Jeep for such a great experience even during a bad situation.
This is the 3rd car that we have bought from Jeff! He's wonderful to deal with and so very kind and especially helpful setting up various electronics/bluetooth/navigation, etc. All the employees at this dealership have always treated me with respect, understanding and kindness. This includes the managers, sales people and service center.
I called last minute and they were able to squeeze me in for a past due inspection. They drove me home so I didn't have to wait there and had the car done 45 mins early, and even washed it. I appreciate everything Ron, Thanks.
My experience was very positive from beginning to end. Jeff Mountain, the GM and the Finance Manager went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with my recent purchase. I immediately told my (girl) friend about my experience, so she went and bought a car, from Jeff, the next day, and is also very happy with Jeff and the dealership.

I have never had any problems with the Service Department, when I call no matter what time, I always get in, in a timely manner. Once on my way home at the turnpike, a my fan stopped working, I just stopped by and right in my car went, they gave me a ride home and came and picked me up when it was finished---awesome crew!
