THIS PLACE IS CLOSE TO MY APARTMENT, I HAD AN OVERALL POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AT GRANITE EXPO. THE STAFFS WERE PATIENT AND HELPED ME FIND THE RIGHT GRANITE AND TILES FOR MY BUDGET. IT WAS A LITTLE CONFUSING AT FIRST BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS, BUT THE SALES PERSON WAS PATIENT AND HAD MORE KNOWLEDGE THAN ANY OTHER STORE I WENT TO. I WENT TO A FEW RETAIL STORES IN THIS AREA TO REMODEL MY KITCHEN. MOST OF THEM WERE RUDE AND UNEDUCATED IN THE MERCHANDISE. I FOUND THE EMPLOYEES AT GRANITE EXPO TO BE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.THEY DID EVERYTHING FROM DESIGNING MY KITCHEN TO WALKING THE APPLIANCES UP 3 FLOORS FOR DELIVERY. THE INSTALLERS CAME JUST ON TIME AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO WORK. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND PATIENT AND WORKED REALLY HARD! I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

This place has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a retail setting. I have never gone to the trouble of writing a negative on-line review, but I feel compelled to do so after the extremely hostile treatment I received over the phone from a Ms. Lee (who claimed to be the manager).
I went in several weeks ago and purchased a large lot of stone tile. Today I went to Granite Expo and purchase an additional 10 tiles. When I got home I realized they bore no resemblance to those I purchased from Granite Expo during my earlier visits. I understand that there are natural variants in stone and, in fact, I like that contrast. But frankly this was too dramatic- it looked as if it was an entirely different stone.
I knew the policy of Granite Expo was to not accept returns or exchanges, but I thought it was worth a phone call. Ms. Lee answered the phone and immediately took a patronizing tone, talking over me rather than listening to me. When I said I was well aware of the policy and I was simply checking to see if there was any possibility of exchange, she repeatedly referred to the bottom of the form without directly answering my question and then hung up on me. When I called again, at this point not seeking to return the tiles, but to simply lodge a complaint regarding the extremely antagonistic and rude service, she answered again and said she was the manager and hung up on me a second time.
All I can say is be forewarned. The prices may be decent, but the merchandise quality is suspect and the customer service is truly the worst I have ever experienced in any comparable setting. If you must shop there, be sure to check the quality of your purchase before leaving and expect little in the way of service.

The Granite Expo is all pretty darn good. The prices for their vanities, cabinets, and countertops were great, much more affordable than say Home Depot or other cabinet and countertop stores we've been to. There showrooms are large and the sales are professional and experience. Let?s come to Granite Expo, say goodbye to home depot!

A friend recommended this place to me for ""cheap cabinets and granite"" for my kitchen. If you're a homeowner, do not go to this place!
Cabinet selection was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Don't even think about selecting your own granite! I wanted to see what the actual color looks like but was told I was not allowed to do so and have to pay first! How can I pay for something I don't even know what it looks like?!
I was waiting for someone to give me an estimate but were ignored. They seem intent on collecting money than helping potential customers. I would rather spend more money somewhere else with people who will actually help me!
