Andronico s Market gives you the feeling of visiting your neighborhood grocer, butcher, baker, wine store, cheese shop, delicatessen, farmer s market, restaurant take-out, kitchen store and flower shop. The company s stores are a collection of smaller specialty markets. Anronico s markets feature a full-line of everyday grocery items plus specialty items from around the world. The markets offer a variety of dry pantry basics including flour, sugar, mayonnaise, oil, chicken broth, honey, baking soda and salt. The store also supplies vineyard wine brands. Andronico's Market provides catering services, from napkins, utensils, plates and cups, to an array of sandwiches, salads, full meals, desserts, and drinks. Greek immigrant, Frank Andronico, opened his first retail market on Berkeley's Solano Avenue in 1929. The company s stores are located throughout California with main offices in Albany.
