“ABSOLUTELY ATTROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!” Based on their websites recommendation, I looked up availability and got three green bars signifying it was absolutely in stock. I also called customer service, and after holding for 20 minutes, they confirmed with a physical inventory check that the product was available before I drove +1 hours each way. When I arrived, they said that there were none available except for a couple up on the shelves that they couldn’t get down while the store was open. I offered to wait and they said, “absolutely not.”I called customer service the next morning and was on hold for 40 minutes before I spoke to a human. I directly asked for a manager and was put on hold for an additional 10 min. After telling my story, the Customer Resolution Lead, I was basically told “tough $h1+ … we’re a first come store and no matter what our customer service said or what you went through … you get what you get”. There best offer was that they would check stock and “Try” to hold it if I wanted to make the two-hour drive again. They were not willing to do anything to atone for their failures, terrible custom service or their client’s extra effort to ensure a smooth business transaction. It seems their motto is “As We sell enough, We don’t need care about people.” If you want a store/business that has a conscience or cares .. this is NOT the place to go.
The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have no idea how do they stay in business. Try to ask for replasment part or return something, first waiting for hours for a person with zero customer service to talk to and then they make you feel like you are there to to lie to them.Like you can buy that garbage elsewhere and getting part from them.At the end of the day cheap is cheap. Cheap product cheap customer service!!!
I don't know what it is about the location, but the workers are downright rude. I practically had to chase down someone when I had a question, and they really weren't all that knowledgable. It was clear they wanted to get back to what they were doing. I finally found a few decent workers that were pleasant and helpful, but for the most part the store carried a collectively careless vibe. When I was leaving, there was a line of people in one of the checking aisles, and two of the checkers were engaged in such deep conversation that no one knew they were open. Despite seeing the line, neither let any of the customers know they were open. You could see the attitudes written on their faces... (Well, if you're too dumb to figure it out, oh well, guess you'll have to stand in line and I get to continue screwing around.) Finally I asked if they were open and the man muttered "uh-huh", and then submitted back to his job, like he'd just been called out. (He had).Go somewhere they respect you
I love this store and their food! I also hit the clearance first every time I've found some perfect pre assembled pieces there.
