Sears Parts & Repair Center

A & E Repair- said they were Sears Repairmen. The service repair men wired my double oven incorrectly while replacing/fixing the broiler element. It shorted out both ovens and the Home Warranty company refused to replace the oven. Clearly the fault of the repair persons. Then they refused to return to try to fix what they broke. I asked if they were insured in case something like this happened and guess what??? They aren't. Results-had to purchase entire new wall unit that cost over $3500. No resolution and no offer to help. The same company was contacted by LG to repair our refrigerator and they no called, no showed. Why? Because they knew they had destroyed my oven and were afraid to show their faces in our home again. This is pathetic and they should be held accountable. 5 months without an oven and now over 2 weeks without a refrigerator. Shame on them. I know they wired the oven wrong because they admitted they didn't take a picture of the wires before disconnecting them and I had to find the schematic drawing to help them figure out how to wire the control board.

Repairman was on time and professional but has not been able to fix our problem with the Kenmore refrigerator we purchased 2 years ago . After 5 visits the problem still exists waiting for another part to be installed on the next visit .

Service was prompt and efficient and appreciated for those reasons. I would certainly recommend Sears service to friends.
