I took my 4 year old son to Bright now for his first check up..... I can not believe how we were treated by the dental hygienist and the dentist. They were rude to my son, was not helpful and made my son terrified of the dentist now. He was so excited to see the dentist and have his teeth cleaned and they completely ruined that for him. First, his appt. was at 8:45 we did not get called back until 9:20. When the dental hygienist tried taking x-rays of his teeth she shoveled the plastic x-ray piece to far in his mouth and made him gag then instead of saying sorry and talking to my son she just tried again and he started crying. after he refused to take x-rays she was just like"forget it! were not doing them" instead of being patient with him she was completely rude and scared him. when we got back to the little room to be seen by the dentist, they didnt even give my son a minute to calm down. the dentist was rude and was telling my son he needs to stop crying because there were other people around and he was being loud. he tried to look at my sons teeth three times and then said "NO! Hes not ready" and left the room! i was in tears because of the way we were treated. Like i said they completely ruined my son first dentist experience and most likely he will never want to see the dentist again! I highly suggest to never go there!

I LOVE BRIGHT NOW DENTAL, THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP ME OUT WITH QUESTIONS I HAVE ABOUT MY INSURANCE OR TREATMENT. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND ALL THE YOUNG LADYS GREET ME BY MY NAME WITH THEIR BEAUTIFUL SMILES. I WOULDNT DREAM OF GOING TO ANOTHER OFFICE!

I went to Bright Now dental instead of our regular family dentist for some dental work my son needed. Bright Now accepted both of his insurances and was going to save us over $800.

They gave my five year old son a root canal. Later that day when I called to let them know he was in quite a bit of pain, and wanted to know what I could give him (or if they would perscribe something like the pharmasist suggested) I was unable to reach them. I called them over 20 times (no exaggeration). They did not return my phone calls.

The tooth they capped after the root canal, now a month later has an abscess and needs to be removed. This is a molar he was supposed to have till he is 12.

I have since tried to call Bright Now and left messages on several of their answering machines (because of course they don't answer when I do call). Still they have not called me back once! Not even to ask how my son was doing after his dental work.

I will never go to a Bright Now Dental again! I would much rather pay the $800 in the first place than to have my son go through all of the trauma and now have to go through more! Who knows how much their shoddy dental work is going to cost me now! I know one thing, my five year old now has to have a hole in his smile for the next 7 years, and has to have a spacer so his next molar won't come in slanted!

If you care about your smile or your loved ones, don't take them to ANY Bright Now Dental!
