If I could give this place a no star review, I would. Spent $108.50 with, ha ha, tip, (because I felt pressured to leave a tip). I went there to get a color fix, all over color, and mahogany highlights, AND a fix on the cut I got from someone else. She charged me for a cut that she literally didn’t even fix the bad cut I got. Didn’t even spend 2 minutes on fixing the cut. The color she put on my hair, she didn’t cover the blonde highlights that were previously in it. And the mahogany she put in my hair wasn’t placed right at all. More on one side than the other, and none in the back what so ever! I showed her the parts that were still blonde and she said to me, well, at least it isn’t gold anymore. Really??!! And I asked her if she fixed the sides of my hair, and she told me yes. No! She didn’t even go near the front of my hair at all! Plus the fact that she was bragging to me about how you can’t be timid when it comes to hair, and talking about a girl that was fired from there. Not nice. That’s gossiping to a client. I had to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed again, and that was another $78.00 I had to spend on this “stylist” screw up. Never again! I’ll sticj with LaGra. They KNOW what they’re doing. Just because some have a “license” in this field, doesn’t mean they know what they’re doing, and are good at it. 👎🏼
Britney (or Brittany, however you spell it) did a horrible job! Completely butchered my hair! I went in for a trim and asked that my ends be layered since I have thick hair. Apparently this translated to short layers that fall just at the base of my ears, if I tug enough! I will never go there again! Don't sacrifice quality for cost! I'd have much rather paid $100 for a good haircut!
Great cuts for a decent price, the only real barber in the area that stays open past 5 which is great.
Overcharged for a bleach service by $15. Charged for a conditioning treatment I never received. After the second round of bleaching because she missed several spots the first time she left bleach in my hair and ears even after rinsing. Completely ruined the shirt I had on by letting bleach run all the way down my back to my waist. When I called and asked for any kind of refund the manager lied and said she would call me back... when I called back two hours later I was told that I could not even have a partial refund and that it's just something that happens and they can't help that sometimes they completely ruin shirts. Was also told that I needed to accept I "look ten times better now than you did when you came in" and that what I was wearing "was just a t-shirt anyway, wasn't it?"
