Sygnatur Chimney Repair

We had a water leak around our chimney. We called Sygnatur for an estimate who told us we needed a new chimney liner for $700. After installation, the leak was not only still there, it was much, much worse. When we called to express our extreme displeasure and to have him come out to see if there was something else going on, he never called us back. So now we're out $700 for a "solution" that made the problem worse. If we could give him no stars, we would.
