AutoZone Auto Parts

We were coming through the area from Ohio on a road trip toward the end of October. Coming down the road, my caliper fell off my truck (loose screw or something). I managed to get the truck into the Auto Zone in Elmwood City and Richard L immediately starting helping me. He and another gentleman looked at my truck and made sure the part I got was correct. Being from out of town, I didn't have any tools with me. They were so kind as to let me borrow a socket set. They even let me repair my truck in their parking lot and clean up afterward.

I have always been an AutoZone customer, but this solidifies it. Richard and his team went above and beyond. They saved me what would have been a very otherwise expensive day. I cannot thank them enough and I highly recommend stopping in to say hello.

Auto Zone is a wonderful place to buy parts for your car. The guys who work there are so willing to help you find the parts you may need and at a good price. No hard sell here.
