Big Springs Dental Clinic

I was recently seen here and I will not be returning. They were nice as people but very unprofessional in their line of work. While they were doing work on my tooth I was cut by their drill and now have a huge sore on my tongue and the only reason it wasn't any worse is because I am older and could feel on my non numb side of my tongue it was being pulled and tried to get it out of the way. If I hadn't I would be in much worse condition. I will be contacting the main office about this and demanding something be done about it. It used to be a good dental office but now its gone downhill. Please if the only thing you get from this review is please don't take your children. I can't even imagine what could happen.

It has been four months since I first brought my child to Big Springs. Rather than immediately referring me elsewhere to an office that could perform the needed dental work, they advised me to wait for their call to schedule another appointment with them. After 2 months of hearing nothing, I called them to see what was up, and they informed me it would be another couple of months before they could perform the work. It should be obvious to any qualified dental professional that my child was in need of IMMEDIATE medical attention, yet they place the chance of making money of my medicaid at a higher priority than what was best for my child. When I first brought her there, all of her teeth could have been saved, but now they have caused such a delay in her treatment that she must have six teeth pulled, as opposed to some caps and fillings.
