Very good prices and selection - twice a year sales especially good for value - September and March, I think.
Read the reviews the tone is consistent: Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been trying to spend hundreds of dollars on a wine order now for three days, got the manager three times on the phone and his response? "We're too busy to handle your order". I've spent thousands of dollars at this liquor store and the manager has not only been rude and dismissive but completely unconcerned about losing a customer and business. My recommendation? Take your business elsewhere. Any place that is too busy to handle regular customers does not deserve your business.
I have been shopping at Northridge for several years. There service is excellent, they are very helpful and will willing order any product that they do not have in stock for you. I have also found there prices equal in cost to other stores however mostly the prices are less.
I will never go there again. I went to get absolute vodka and the man waiting on me said that they put too many labels on the bottle and one time they put the gay colors on it and he sent it back. He was lucky he had already run my payment . I am gay and didn't appreciate it.
Don't patronize this out-of-the way liquor store. They sent a flyer touting themselves as having "EVERY DAY LOW PRICES." Drove there spurred by a $4 cost advantage to any of the competition on my favorite label. The owner stated my item was the ONLY misprint in the ad advertising an incorrect price, and the ONLY misprint among a few hundred others. He insisted what I was purchasing "was still a good price" (though no better than competitors). Thought this kind of shenanigans went out in the 60's, but alas is still alive and well at Northridge Wine and Spirits.
