I would like to take a moment to express my satisfaction with my recent experience at Jean Brown. As I walked into the dealership last night I could notice a difference in the staff from another dealership to this one. My first impression was the way I was welcomed when I first walked in; they are extremely cordial and down-to-earth unlike their surrounding dealerships where it's a bit pushy and cold. The choices of great cars with good prices where more than satisfactory as well as the cleanliness and organization of the facility. It simply seemed warmer and more welcoming which made for a great first impression. Overall it is very clean, they are very courteous, well organized and know what they are talking about which made for a memorable visit with a lasting effect that would allow me to feel comfortable enough to take time out of my evening to sincerely recommend Jean Brown. I typically reserve compliments like this for certain circumstances and experiences that stand-out positively. This is an experience that most people dread; however, I can clearly understand why they do well in comparison to the dealerships that are close-by. The customer service is impressive and to me that makes the difference in who I would purchase a vehicle from as this is often a stressful purchase in most places. So I wanted to take the time to thank John, Vince and Shelly for their cordial nature and that I will most certainly make an effort to refer my friends or family should they decide to look for a good preowned vehicle. Final grade is an A+ for the overall experience start to finish. I have been a Nissan owner since 2009. James W. Is the best service representative I haver every worked with. He is always professional, perfect attire, explains the service that is going to be done and when necessary will ask the mechanic to assist with making me feel comfortable that my car is in good hands. I have many choices of where I can get my car repaired. I always come back to James and Ellicott City Nissan because they treat me like family. Thanks James!
