Elkton One Stop IGA Express

I have been going to this store every day for years, I am about to call it quits. Never have I walked in and been greeted by one of the employees, never have I been told to have a nice day; but, I have been hung up on by one of their employees when I called to report an issue with being overcharged. I was told it wasn't their fault and I didn't need to be rude. I will no longer be taking my service there. What is the point of going to a store, if they are only going to be rude to you, overcharge you, and then basically tell you its your fault. They really need some better employees, what they reflect on that business, is pathetic.
