When I booked with this photographer over a year out from our wedding, I was excited to work with them. They advertised their products and services and all that they had to offer, and I was very impressed with what I saw. But the hell and heartache that we have had to deal with from them since our wedding date June 2013, has been absolutely ridiculous.

No bride should have to deal with a photographer who decides to drop off the face of the earth and stop communicating with the customer. I sent several emails over the next few months with little to no response. Most of the responses that I did get were rather blunt and didn't come across very professional like. These responses only came because of me resending the same email to nag them to get a status on our products. My husband was away for military retraining and had to start making phone calls and sending emails to try and get a response from them. We finally did not get through to them until October 2013. We finally got an email from them saying that our online gallery of our wedding photos was available to view and that we needed to pick 200 photos for our albums and proof book. Within a day of receiving that email we went through the 900 photos and picked our 200 and emailed them back saying so.

We finally have started going down the legal route in preparation for taking Bill and Lisa to small claims court in wanting a refund for their lack of professionalism and getting our products to us in a timely manner. No one should have to wait to almost a year later to get their wedding pictures back. Anyone out there who sees them at any bridal convention, I would walk right by their booth and not bother speaking with them.
