Pops Custom Tattoo

When Audrey first came to Elko, her work was great and she was a very personable tattoo artist. Now that she's been here for a few years, she acts like she owns this town. She barely acknowledges your presence when you come in the shop, always acts like you're disrupting her, doesn't have any work of hers to look at while you're waiting, and could care less about making you feel comfortable. I'm not saying her work isn't good, but she will book you five to six months in advance and then bail on you the morning of your appointment, and to me, she's just not worth it. Never buy a gift certificate for a loved one from her because she refuses to give refunds and then jerks you around because she knows you want your monies worth and will obviously wait the time needed. So take it from a local who's had two tattoos by her and the situation above to personally happen to them, her work is good but the rest is crap.
