I have NEVER had better customer service! Billy with the parts department was very helpful and did everything possible to get the part I needed. I will definitely be going back to him for all my RV parts!
Duncan was in possession of an RV that I purchased via an online auction. The extent to which the RV was stripped of its valuable components is truly unbelievable....multiplexers, horns, Onan 10K generator, top of the line mirrors with cameras, audio equipment- to name just a few items that were missing from the coach. They actually cut the nose of the RV in an attempt to make a mold of a hard to find fiberglass piece- damaging the coach in the process. We chased them around for awhile. They did eventually send the generator back, they said, "because they couldn't get it working". They were only custodians of the RV after an accident so I'm not sure why they'd be attempting to work on it at all. They also replaced the missing mirrors with the cheapest mirrors they could find- no cameras, nowhere near the size or quality of the original mirrors. We scrapped what they sent- they were that junky. Duncan did replace the horn. There are literally dozens of items that we've had to replace to bring the coach back to function properly. Bottom line, whatever they stripped and could install for their own customers, they took off of my bus. I am out of state, a one time customer that they got only from an insurance deal that they had....so I guess no one was there to watch my back. Watch yours with this company.Overall, they are dishonest and disreputable. We have given them time to do the right thing- but they haven't.
My RV was towed here and no one seems to know what happened to it. The number listed here when called claims to know nothing of this business. The web site has been being built for 3 months that I know of

Amazing people, very kind, the technicians were willing to work with us and our insurance company and get everything on our coach fixed and get us back on the road. We are so thankful!
I will never buy from them again. I purchased a trailer tire and rim for $75 (showed them my receipt). It did not fit (not their fault) and I attempted to return it. I called and spoke to the manager who told me I could return it for store credit. Having driven across 2 state lines to return it, the woman at the counter tells me that she sees a small scratch on the inside (it was there when I bought the rim) and she will give me 20% less credit. I tell her that it was always there. She walks around the counter and tells me, "listen, I will give you $50 for the tire and rim" (note, that is a lot less than 20% of $75). I tell her that I am not happy and that I believe I am being screwed. I ended up keeping the tire and drove home. Horrible customer service, lousy return policy, and a very dishonest woman who was working the front desk. If I could RV Surplus fewer than 1 star I would do it.
We tried several "nation wide" service centers and could not get satisfaction. They could never get the parts in a timely manner. Charger worked with our manufacturer and got the parts and installed them, did some custom work and repaired the exterior in a short time frame. They do quality work and went out of their way to insure it was right. A big change from the other dealers we had tried before. Thanks Gerald for a job well done!
