        No Answer - Unhappy

        When I Have a problem and call for the manager he is always busy or not available. A few unexperienced pool techs one of which showed up one day to service my pool, and could not answer a simple question as to what do I or you need to do to clear up the "Black algee" in my pool". He could no answer.

        Must have called the wrong number since our manager was a woman. We have only one pool tech, the owner. He has been trained and certified and knows what he is doing.
