Laguna Palm Dental

I keep getting rescheduled everytime I have an appointment. And they schedule their appointments 6 months in advance. For my last appointment I got rescheduled twice and then half an hour before my appointment, when I was already driving to get there, and after I had already taken time off of work, they called and told me I needed to reschedule. They did the same thing to my husband and his appointment was the following week.

Since I know the dentist is not too busy (geez I wonder why), its obvious that they do not care about their customers.

Dentist has kids and once I even got rescheduled because it was her son's birthday party. Ridiculous!

Staff is very friendly, but obviouly you are not there to see the staff.

Keep on looking if you want an effective and efficient customer caring dentist.

I would not recommend this Dental to anyone. Dr. Linh Dong-anh Nguyen is horrible, and I didn't even know that he was to fill in since the actual Dr. was out, which I wasn't even told to began with. I'm 110% sure that the Dental Office knew, but its their way of making money. When I saw him, my gut feelings was tellng me something about him. He was not gentle at all, period!!! I had a deep-cleaning which my mouth needs to get numb with the shots, he poked the needle so far up (carelessly) that I was reacting to it but he go on about without asking me if I were OK or say a thing. That was the worst part ever to experience! Not just that, I had fillings too. After that was done, he didn't even relized that he was suspose to do the count until his assisant asked him, " Are you going to do the count," his assisant seem like he was annoyed by Dr.Nguyen. Since my mouth numbness was kinda wearing out, I feel like there's something underneath my tongue, it fell like a bump, I wasn't sure if its from the numbness or was there something, to find out when I got home and look in the mirror, there it was, he forgot to take the cotton ball that he stuffed there when he was doing the procedure, idiot! Laguna Palm Dental would try to make more money from you or your health insurance by scheduling you appt many time to come back. They wanted me to come back like 6 times just for bottom tooth filling. After this bad experience with Dr.Nguyen, I hate going to dentist, in my mind I can still feel it. It took me 6 months to go back to a dentist... a different one which its waayyyyyy 1000 time better than Laguna Palm Dental!
