Isaiah J (Technician) was on time, friendly, explained everything he did, and completed the job in a timely manner. He is a very kind and genuine person, like all the others that have come out here from Bell Brothers. What a great group of people that work for Bell Brothers. I have never met so many nice, kind people from one single company. I have and will always tell people about Bell Brothers and send them your way. Thank you for such good care you give to my family and I so we are cool during the hot weather and warm during the cold.

Kevin was very helpful in assessing our need to update our HVAC system. He was informative without being pushy. Very knowledgeable. The installation team of Nick O. and Victor A. exceeded all expectations. Arrived on time, went straight to work, answered all our questions, kept us informed of their progress and explained various facets of their operation. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely sensitive to the homeowner. Absolutely no regrets going with this company. I would give Nick and Victor 6 stars if I could.

I had an amazing experience with Bell Brothers! They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and came out to look at my furnace the same day that I called. Kevin was the tech that helped me and serviced my furnace. Kevin was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice without trying to sell me anything extra that I didn't need. Bell Brothers responded promptly to our call, was out within one day, and fixed a problem for $400 that we were originally told would be $15,000 to fix. Ryan Mark was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. We know we will need a new system soon, but thank you for buying us some time! I was very satisfied with the professionalism and get it done attitude of the whole team from Nick M, Jack B, Johnny R. in regards to my HVAC and duct removal and replacement job. It was not fun for them being in a 100 degree plus attic as the afternoon progressed. The whole team kept me abreast of what they were doing and they did not hesitate if they had questions. Ryan Mark was prompt and very courteous when he came to do a maintenance check. He showed me and explained what he was doing. He was very thorough. Pointed out areas of concern but did not do a hard sell for repairs.

The company may seem like a great place to do business with, but the employees are fake in their empathy with us customers. I have had severe problems with a technician, and a few customer svs. people. I believe this company only cares about themselves and the money they can make off of us. I decided to call Bonney plumbing heating and air, and they got wind of what happened. They we so kind and empathetic to my crisis that they actually came to my home and fixed the problem free of charge, as well as reassuring me that I would never have to deal with such a let down. The problem with companies like bellbrothers is that they have no compassion for others. I told the guy on the phone that my mother was sick and terminally ill, and all he said was, "okay sir I'm sorry but you still have to pay her balance due and when can I set an apt?" This guy was a complete joke. I have never been so upset and disappointed by a company before. bellbrothers will be rated on every possible site by me. I have told many people about this and don't think anyone should ever have to go through such an experience.

I believe in supporting small Mom and Pop businesses so when I was approached at the CA State Fair by Bell Brothers I was a bit skeptical. The company called the day before (wonderful front office staff) and then the day of to verify our place in line ... I was impressed. But then they called to tell us Nolan would be arriving in 30-40min. Nolan arrived on time was VERY courteous, professional and greeted me with a smile. He then totally explained what the service call entailed (AC Tune-up) with knowledgeable and concise detail. He then went through the home, greeting my Granddaughter and Wife with the same smile and courteous behavior. Nolan was extremely thorough and VERY professional. Explained EVERY part he checked and signed me up for the monthly plan (and NO I am not the gullible type). He left making me not only happy I chose Bell Brother but I also immediately called two friends to HIGHLY recommend they get the plan. If you do NOT have Bell Brothers servicing your HVAC needs ... GET THEM NOW! They will save you time, money and worry. And more important Peace of Mind. Thanks

Trevor came out the next day after Nick C. Trevor confirmed what Nick found. Trevor reviewed all the options, along with the rough cost of a new system. There was no hard sell, only information. Though I have to wait a week for parts, Bell Brothers has delivered professional service at every junction of my issue. I would recommend Bell Brothers to any one.




Every time we have had a need to call or work with Bell Brothers, they have given us exceptional service. Chris Holt was the young man who serviced our a/c unit last week and the first thing he did, as usual, was put on booties over his shoes to protect my wood floors. He was efficient, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with both on a business level and personal level. He also made us aware of a problem an oak tree could cause our roof in the future which allowed us to fix the problem immediately. This was not something he need to to as it was not related to the location of the unit. This is an exceptional company with great staff and I would highly recommend all of them. Phyllis
