I have a multi-cat home. Everyone at Paw Prints Veterinary Center always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to, greeting each cat by name. They always listen to every question or concern I may have, no matter how many I have. The doctor and staff are completely committed to helping me keep my cats healthy as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was very easy to get an appointment, the receptionists are really super! They have a very good office schedule and get me in quickly every time, and if there is an emergency, the doctor is notified immediately. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the parking is close to the entrance. It is not at all unusual for the Doctor to call me herself. I have been going there for quite a while and feel that I have finally found the best veterinarian and staff for my three fur-kids!
2015 update: My family has grown to 10 furr kids, all happy, healthy and well-adjusted.....Dr. Kaye's office has also grown, with new staff - and I am happy to say that we adore each and every one of them...and Dr. Kaye still holds our highest regard as a veterinarian...but mostly as a wonderful human being....with a huge heart.
update: We still feel the same way....September, 2015
It's making me pick a star, because there is no thumbs down button! This vet is very mean , nasty, & unprofessional! & if she treats people this way how does she treat the animals! I asked her a question & she was so rude to me, I could not understand what her problem was! I asked her if I offended her & she got worse! I would not ever go there again!!!
I gave it one star because it won't let me give it less than that. They are horrible. My cat got out and got into a fight with an animal. I called the vet to see if they could see my cat and I actually got hung up on in the middle of the conversation. So I waited a few minutes and called back. This time I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then told that no they can't help me and to go somewhere else because they were booked for the next two weeks. As a vet I would think that you would want to help an animal in need regardless of whether you have seen that animal before or not and try to adjust your HOME BASED business accordingly. (I just moved into the area and my vet was more than 2 hours aways.)
