        Called with a basic question about my pet and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and hard to talk to. Not interested in taking my pet somewhere that even the receptionist is impolite

        Reluctantly a customer, I feel I should speak out

        Our family has been using this place for many years, mostly because we didn't know any better. For animal care you could go to much worse places yet the prices charged are ridiculous, supposedly to discourage people from owning "too many" animals. People are shocked when I tell them what we've paid for services. In the past it wasn't uncommon for my parents to come home with some items and medications our pets didn't even need or to have some odd, poorly explained "emergency" come up during spaying or neutering that we would off course be asked to pay for. This place loves money to a fault and they aren't very good at hiding their intention to gouge you for what they can get away with. Caveat emptor.
