My Amish Goods took our money in full the day or our order but has not delivered the promised product - we are now just over three months after purchase (three week delivery time originally quoted). The company, owned by Debra and Jack Boyer, also refused to refund our money and refused to return our phone calls or that of our credit card company working with us to obtain a reversal of the charge. We were liberal allowing them to push back the delivery date three different times before requesting a refund. Debra and Jack Boyer own the company per the Secretary of State although Debra likes to refer to herself as a representative of the company. We have been super disappointed with the company and now that I've done more research I find that many other people have had the same problem. We were in the process of filing a claim with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection (1-800-441-2555) when we finally received credit. Please be careful in your ordering and steer clear of this company at all costs!
My Amish Good offers a variety of products at good prices. And that's were the good things I have to say ends. After waiting 6 weeks after the expected delivery date we are still waiting for our products to be delivered. They lied to us on multiple occasions. They told us that they are sure it would be coming by a certain date 5 times and each time they failed to deliver they would push the date back again and again. Customer service is non-existent. Instead of informing customers of delays the leave it up to them to ask. Very poor.
