I went to the Elizabethtown post office to talk to the post master, this post master told the clerk he did not have time to talk to me and if I wanted I could stand around for hours before he could see me. I left, went home and called to talk to Mr. Alan Miller who is the post master so I'm told, he got on the phone and would not let me explain what I was calling about and every time I would try to say any thing he would talk over me the he just simply hung up the phone. This mail service is bad (extremely bad)
I get my medications delivered to my neighbors and I end up getting them after I run out of my meds. The VA Medical center in Lebanon sent medical records on sept. 5, 2018 these records are time sentive for an appointment, I will be going to this appointment with out these records because the post master Mr. Miller would not take time to hear my reason for calling.

Went to talk to someone about mail not being delivered and staff was very disrespectful including the manager. We have had issues with our mail not being delivered previously and only complained now. There is nothing they can do and it s our fault somehow or we are making it up is what we got from the manager. Very unprofessional and no customer service whatsoever.
