Schardein Mechanical

Yesterday May 16, 2016 my dad and I were driving to Indiana from Texas... 10 hours into our drive, at 6:30pm local time (on I-65 north, 20miles south of Louisville, KY), a huge accident caused a major traffic jam. In attempts to reach an exit a mile ahead, several people began driving on the shoulder to relieve traffic or exit the highway for an alternative route. The driver of truck 139 from Schardein Mechanical, (WHO WAS ON HIS CELL PHONE--NOT HANDS FREE) decided that no one deserved to be ahead of him and took it upon himself to enforce road "security"...he ran several people off the road (counted 9 cars, 2 semi trucks, and a motorcyclist), including myself. We made a call to their customer service who did nothing. I watched in absolute HORROR in my rear view mirror as I though a motorcyclist was pinned intentionally between his van and a cement guardrail. CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE, ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN, AND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR DRIVER NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
