I purchased a new Ford F-150 from the dealership and found that the box cleats, which were supposed to be included with the Platinum edition, were not with the truck. I contacted the dealership and they acknowledged the mistake and told me they would order a set. After a few weeks, no communication from the dealership, so I called and they told me they were not in yet. Another week passed with no communication, so I called again. They had the cleats and told me they would ship them to me. After a couple of weeks, no cleats, so called and the service department failed to ship them. They said they’d get them in the mail. It has been another two weeks and no box cleats. I have emailed both the sales manager I was dealing with and Steve Grindstaff, the owner of the dealership, with no response. Poor service after the sale! Glad it’s just box cleats I am dealing with.
All the Grindstaffs are awesome people and will give you a great deal so ask for one of them but beware of the Ford service department they are not honest and will not help you even if they are at fault it's sad cause Mr Grindstaff is great and honest but service department makes them look bad
I had work done on my CRV which I was given an estimate. I was fine with this. I ask him to install spark plugs & he charged me $285. I was in shock!! He presented me invoice of the parts he charged for & I know he never put parts on as he stated. I paid it bc I vowed that I would never let him to do any more work. I had problems with the CRV & he said !nothing was wron. I purchased another vehicle. Beware of this business.
Everyone here is so friendly and they want to help you as best as they can. I love my car! If you want a good deal go to Grindstaff Ford!
you wont find a better place to buy a car. very nice people to deal with go see them and get a car you wont regret it
My brother who is an Iraq war veteran bought a truck here had it 2 days and the transmission went. They will not give him his money back or do anything for him. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating anyone like this but to do this to a war vet. Disgusting!!!
I bought a 2005 nissian maxima from lewis used cars.i thought I was getting a great deal on this car they were very friendly and seemed like nice people.Mr.lewis even said he had his mechanic check it for me. Then before the dealer tags even expired I had to have the transmission rebuild which had a cost of $5000. I will never buy a car or recommend lewis used cars to anyone.
They are liars. They do not believe in customer service. I was ripped off twice. $2,700.00 for a torque converter. I could have purchased a new transmission for $1,100.00. Boycott Grindstaff. Worst experience ever.
I bought a car from this family owned dealership back in Feb. 2012. The Stout's are an absolute joy to do business with and are like family to me. They got me into a car with payments I can afford and helped me out in every way possible. I highly recommend them to everybody. You won't find better people to do business with. I will continue to buy my cars from this family. They are absolutely wonderful! Amy Roberts Fair
