Big O Tires

The left rear tire was still in the same place when I picked up my car so they obviously could NOT have rotated and balanced the tires as I was charged for. When I called to speak with the manager, Ben, he wanted to argue it with me, I explained to him that I had visual proof and then he tried to tell me it was just a mistake because his technicians are so busy they can't know for sure if work was actually done. He offered to actually do the work if I brought it back in. No thanks, if I have to watch them to know if they are actually doing the work they're charging me for I'll go elsewhere. The Big O 30 minutes away doesn't charge for rotating and balancing or flat repair so the choice is pretty clear: Get the work actually done for free or pay $50 to be lied to.

Just wanted to let you know how happy I was with your services the other day that I brought in my SUV. They were able to accommodate my schedule and get me out in twenty minutes. Honest place, very knowledgeable energetic and very friendly. The crew does a great job and are very friendly. Thanks again and keep the great environment!!!

We are from California and had a blow out on our 35 foot motorhome just outside of Elizabeth, Colorado. We were lucky to contact BIG O of Elizabeth, CO. They agreed to come right out to us - since we couldn't go anywhere - and were friendly when they arrived. They took the bad tire and its rim off, loaded it into the pickup and drove back to the shop and replaced the tire, drove back and put the new tire on. They saw that the other front tire was ready to blow also, so they had us follow them into their shop. They replaced that one also. The entire time, we were thinking - OH NO, they're going to charge us $500 a tire and a huge service fee. Well, they didn't. The entire job of two new motor home tires, including the 4 trips back and forth and taxes was well under $500.

I first went to Big O in Elizabeth to get my truck aligned and balanced. The mechanic did the alignment in about 20 min. I drove my truck and it was pulling hard to the right. I brought my truck back and they rotated the tires and re-aligned it. I drove it again and it still pulled to the right. I brought it back again and they said it must be a problem with the tires (even though I spent almost $1500.00 on top of the line Toyo MT). I contacted discount tires where I bought the tires and they said no way to tire problems. I brought it to a different place and they said the alignment was way off. They re-aligned it again and no problem. Like an idiot, I brought my van to Big O tires in Elizabeth (against my wifes opinion) to get an alignment. I was gone for 1 hr and came to pick up my van. To my surprise my driver door handle was broken. I told the front counter guy. He said he will take care of it. The next day I called to see when I can pick up my handle. Bob at the front counter was extremely rude and told me they didn't break anything and will not fix it since its an older car. I then spoke with the owner Cliff and he said they didn't break it and admitted that his $10.00 per hour mechanic lies. So I assumed since he admitted his mechanic lies he would replace it. Not at all. He said the car is older and it was bound to break no matter what. What I joke of a place. Avoid this place like the plague. They don't care. If they did not have the big o name, they would have been out of business a long time ago. They know nothing about customer service. Check BBB. They have multiple complaints there with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE.
