Exceptional level of service we recently experienced when purchasing our car. All the staff was very easy to deal with and provided outstanding communication throughout the process. Highly recommend this dealership.

Great salesmen and staff !
This dealer has a great variety of all priced vehicles. From economy cars to SUV's, Trucks, even a Mini Cooper. They have a lot on both sides of N. Huges Blvd. Friendly service here.
On Monday, February 2, 2015, I began discussing with Felicia a Chevrolet Equinox that was on their lot. After performing my due diligence on the vehicle I decided that I would like to purchase the vehicle and I scheduled a time to test drive it Friday, February 6, 2015, and meet with someone about purchasing the vehicle. In order for this to be accomplished I had to take a day off work and travel about an hour and a half to get to their dealership. On Thursday I was sent an email confirming my appointment on Thursday, February 5, 2015, and I responded confirming my appointment. On Friday I drove to Elizabeth City for my appointment. I even received a call from Felicia, while on my way, confirming that I was coming. When I arrived I was greeted, introduced to the salesman and offered something to drink. Felicia went to retrieve the keys. Immediately it became evident that there was a "problem", as she could not locate the keys. After conferring with numerous people, the car I had came to purchase was conveniently sold on Thursday. I however was offered two other vehicles, slightly higher price and not even the same make or model. I expect the 'ol bait and switch from a grimy used car lot, but not someone that is supposed to be a reputable dealer. I felt pressured and uncomfortable. I had done my research and knew what I was purchasing, but when that was conveniently no longer available I wasn't satisfied purchasing something that I did not want. So, not only had I lost a day of work, but I also lost the car I have been searching months for. If they had called me and stated they sold it out from under me I would have taken that better, but I was contacted by them numerous times for a week straight confirming I would be there and no one took the time to verify the car was still there, nor tell me I was wasting my time. Highly displeased with their level of professionalism.
Nissans are good cars but AVOID THIS PARTICULAR DEALERSHIP!My wife had purchased a Nissan Ultima from a used car dealership where we live. When she received a service recall, we had to take the car to this dealership. While there, we decided we would look into upgrading her vehicle, so talked to a sales rep on different pricing. Of course, they went through the usual nonsense that dealers go through trying to up-sell the entire time.My wife wanted to have a few more upgrades in the vehicle, but keep her loan amount the same, where we would pay a cash different for the various extras. After five hours of going through this dealership's nonsense, they finally gave us an offer for a used vehicle which had a number of nice extras to the car. The monthly payment would be $5 more and we had to put $3,000 down. We then had to wait another hour while their loan officer got the paperwork ready. When we sat down with the loan officer, he handed us paper after paper to sign, where AGAIN, I reiterated that I just want to make sure the loan is the same, and I was assured it was.So now a month has gone by and I received my first car payment and see that the balance due is almost 18k as opposed to the 13k that my wife's original balance was. I THEN LOOKED INTO THE PAPERWORK TO SEE THAT THE DEALERSHIP CHANGED MY LOAN FROM A 60 MONTH TO A 75 MONTH TERM LOAN WITHOUT TELLING ME THIS!There were a number of other minor issues we encountered with the customer service, but this is, by far, my biggest issue.Nissan has some nice cars, but this dealership is VERY deceptive so I would advise all to avoid this dealership and find one of the many other Nissan dealers in the area.
**This is a review for the SERVICE Department at the Carolina Chrysler Dealer. Short version: - Poor customer service- Unable to keep a schedule- Incompetent techniciansLong version:The first time I took my car here for a simple oil change, we scheduled a time and I promptly dropped it off and anticipated to wait the half hour or so until it was complete and then be on my way back to work. Wrong. They wouldn't start on my car at my scheduled time, and had no good excuse at to why not. They told me the shuttle could take me back to work, even though I work on the Coast Guard base, they assured me the driver was able to get through security and get on base. Wrong. We get to the gate and the driver didn't even have his drivers license with him. I had to bother a coworker to come pick me up at the gate, as well as drop me off back at the shop after work. I typically like to schedule regular maintenance for Saturdays so I don't have to take time off work for something so trivial, but this shop will not do even a basic oil change on a Saturday -- so tell me why they are even 'open' on a Saturday?? Finally I took my car in for something more, I told them all my concerns over the phone when I made the appointment and they said ok no problem. So as I'm sitting and waiting for them to tell me what's wrong, they come out and tell me that they looked at the one problem but they can't look at the other problem because that guy isn't working today -- it was a windsheild washer fluid pump, any tech should be able to look at that. Ridiculous. Don't waste my time by making me make two appointments for something that should be able to be done in one. Lastly, again with the basic oil change, the technician tightened the plug too tight causing my oil pan to crack and my car to die on me on the highway. I was towed to a different Chrysler dealer (I had already given up on Carolia Chrysler), and the new shop confirmed this was directly related to my last oil change. Carolina Chrysler ended up agreeing to pay for parts but I still had to pay for the labor, for something that THEY did, that ended up ruining my engine, among other things, and totaling my car. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from here.
August 2012 visited the dealership test drove a Dodge Charger. Was told everything looked good as for my application. Needless to say the car I was interested in was not the charger but a Chrysler 300 I was told it was sold..On my way to use the bathroom I happened to see the car in the service department. This car the Chrysler was less then the Charger. After giving me the run around they informed me they were unable to find a company to finance me. Shoddy business and bad business practices
