This company excels in destroying the natural environment in local residential areas and does not understand the value that established trees/vegetation adds to a home. They will excavate everything, including trees that are hundreds of years old The pictures below are 1 of many properties they flattened. They will illegally excavate/mine resources if not watched carefully. If you see these trucks in your neighborhood, say good bye to the natural landscape. Be careful of the quality of construction (Reliant Construction) - they are known to not flash windows and paper before siding! Yikes!

My dad has been a customer w/ Bear Garden for over 20 years w/ no problems. This week, he asked for a load of soil to be delivered, asking them NOT to drive on the driveway over the culvert. They said they'd use a front loader instead, & my dad, thinking they mean a small machine, agreed. A large machine that's the same size, if not bigger than the dumptruck, shows up. The driver drove on the driveway, which collapses into the culvert, almost tipping over. After checking to make sure the driver was ok, he asked if they had insurance. The driver said it wasn't his determination & he left. Noone called him, so I called & left a message, they were closed for the day. They didn't return my call. My dad went to see them the next day, & they said they didn't know anything about it, they aren't liable, he should've read the paperwork they gave him. She handed him a receipt w/ no word about liability, his old eyes can't read the fine print, & he never signed a thing. They refuse to pay for it.
