Awful financial experience!!! I didn't join when they first open because I didn't have the money or time. I went into check the place out with my daughter and the guy behind counter took my picture. I explain to him that I was visiting with my daughter (black card). He said oh ok. A week later I get a call asking for my account information. I tell him I do not want a membership and didn't sign up for it. He says ok he will take care of it. A year or so later I decide to join. $10 month. Used it a hand full of times. It's been almost a year and I get stopped by a worker at counter stating that I have 2 memberships that I have not paid. She says I had a $258 membership that went to collections and was returned and that they will settle for $60. Then she shows me my current account which mind you has my bank info correct has not charged for over a year. So let me get this straight, I have an account that went to collections and you let me open another account without telling me. Then I get no notice for a year that my account was not charged for the current account. Yes I know I could have looked and seen it wasn't being charged but come on, it's $10 and my account doesn't go below $100 so it would not be declined every time. I have a few other $10 things coming out so I didn't pay it much mind. I just think it is ridiculous that I now owe a years worth at one time.

Horrible service. Maybe a total of 6 people that do their jobs correctly. Excluding the "manager". Mr. Griffith does not interact with customers. From what I can see. He doesn't respect his employees as he should. I have also seen his son in there working, without a name tag or the proper uniform on. From what I hear his son isn't even employed at the business. I have found multiple employees sleeping on the clock. ( in locker room and in massage equipment ) the tanning bed always smell like the day before. (gross!) the Treadmills are always dirty, mirrors are never clean. there was even urine on the WOMENS RESTROOM FLOOR, that was left overnight, uncleaned. in my opinion. they my need a new manger and a few new employee. actually a lot more. Its just very disappointing to get such a big gym and have to cancel my membership due to lack of customer service. They may have bitten off more than they can chew.
