Mary helped make my dream of owning my own home come true. My very first home at that. I really enjoyed working with her, she was very personable and treated me and my husband with respect and informed us on any changes or damages to the homes that we were interested in. Mary is a realtor that you can rely on, she is genuine, caring and nice . She is someone who will tell you how it is and based on my encounter with her she will assist in anyway she can to make buying a home as smooth as possible.
Stay away from this management it the Worst management company ever. We have been incredibly dissatisfied with the negligence, lies, harassment, and disrespect this company conveys. I been renting since 2 years, 1st year I moved apt full with bed bug...1st thing, when i moved i asked them if there is bed bug they said no, but after just one week my wife and baby become all red with bug bites...we spent 6 month of nighmare and we took all our cloth garbage and bought new one. 2nd the oven has problem of smoke and gaz...I called company more than 5 times but owner doesn't care...and refuse to change new one...3. We have problem of electricity in apt sometimes there is light in bedroom somtimes no and same for living room and kitchen...called them but can't find where is problem finally they made big hall in kitchen and leave it for me like it is.....4.us we know winter is too could but this management doesn't care ..the hit is cold so is better you buy more warm cover bed...5.there handy man are with no experience they don't know nothing every time they come to fix something they take all the day just to make over time...finally after one week waiting, nothing fixed..the only handy man in this management called marrio..if you get other one it means wast of time...6.building is very old and when you move in, you will find every thing old ( windowns,bathroom,oven,refrigirator,floor,..) but be careful and font worry just when you leave apt they will take all your deposit you gave them to buy new staff and they wI'll chare 125$ cleaning even if your apt is cleen. I was charged 575$ of the $720 security deposit for minor fixes even though the building is older and there was tear upon move in..the day i left apt, the worst handy man cam with very dirty smelling, like he was smoking something and check apt, then he keep writing every thing missed,missed and when I asked to see what he wrote, he refuse to show me what is missing...and told me just signe, he was in hurry to leave, he wasn't normal and cant stand he just keep moving and saying i have to leave, i have to leave...then i refused to signe for hom since he wasn't normal and refuse to explain what is missing...I swear i will find every social media outlet that they are on and inform everyone I can so they don't get stuck in a horrible situation like we did....I just posted how they charged for me 575$ even I cleand apt and left every in good condition..as I know every owner has to clean and renew and pain apt every time there is new renter but this management owner is very smart he is paying every thing from our deposit ..
Overall a great team. I would highly recommend to anyone with any lawn or landscape needs. Snow removal was great.
I move back from the Army to a disgustingly filthy, dinged up house. Never wanted to fix anything properly if at all. Had the house professionally cleaned when we moved out and had the carpets cleaned but they shorted our deposit $400+ because: dirty microwave (it was clean), dirty countertops (they were clean), dirty cabinets (they were clean), and they had to "fix things". "The things" that were noted on the move in checklist. Garbage company run by garbage people. Stay away.
Bad business. Properties have bed bugs. They insist to enter my premise monthly for "maintenance." There's always something. They just leave paper on the building saying they are coming in tomorrow and for mandatory maintenance. I am getting sick and tired of having my privacy invaded. They will just walk in too without even knocking. I will be contacting FHA soon to report this unethical company.
I AM NOT HAPPY with them and would NEVER recommend anyone to use them! We are renting through them now and we've had so many problems with the place and it started since we moved in they are so complicated to work with. We've done many request for maintenance by phone, mail through their website, and phone again. I am reasonable and they still haven't got back this is ridiculous. NO STAR
I had my property managed by PPMI. Although nothing major happened and the people are very friendly, they never give you an accurate answer on questions. There were multiple extra fees added on to my monthly payment for things that were not listed in my contract. When I would call or email for a question, usually there was no timely response (being out of the country this was a major concern). When I would ask a question and get an answer it turned out to be the wrong answer majority of the time (which would result in another fee). It seems like my monthly fee for them to management my property did not go to anything since I was paying bank transfers for all of my bills and would pay extra for any other work done on the house. Again overall nothing major happened to my property, but i have little confidence they would have handled it properly if something had happened.
Under handed ruthless I really should have wrote this years back... but I have not forgotten being lied to and scammed
I'm currently living in a PPMI apartment. All the fire alarms in the hallways have been beeping with the low battery signal for well over a month. They're very concerned about their tenants safety.
Prominent Property Management Inc is a rip off. When I told them I did not want to extend my lease, I let them know an extra month in advance as a friendly deed. Rather than be professionals, Mark the landlord contacted me to write good reviews for them and then decided that they would begin to let people look at our apartment while we lived there. This WAS on the lease, however, it should not have begun until the following month. For 2 weeks, people were in almost everyday, including one day WHEN THEY ENTERED WITHOUT PERMISSION. They are constantly coming into the building for various tasks and rarely actually do them. During, they put up signs for weeks about winterizing the window. The signs would say that in between monday through Friday 9 am-5 pm they would be entering at some point and never did. I was having issues getting payments in on time at the beginning because I had to go to the bank and get a cashiers' check. I was hit with an unnecessary $50 fine one month becausee they penalized me for not receiving the rent money on time when the expected date fell on a weekend. They do not tell you that you can pay online so that they can make more money off of you. I had 2 packages delivered and were stolen. When I texted Mark Conway, he never responded at all. I was charged $300 of the $899 security deposit for minor fixes even though the building is older and there was tear upon move in. This was after I called to inquire about it they lied to me and told them that they barely took anything off. I will find every social media outlet that they are on and inform everyone I can so they don't get stuck in a horrible situation like we did.
