So Nancy and I went to Carmina’s for dinner. Their sign out front said $5 Margaritas. When we got the bill they charged me $9.99 per. I questioned the waiter and he said he’d talk to the manager. He came back and said they’d take $10 off the bill. I told him 4 x 5 = 20, you still need to take another 10 off. He came back with the corrected bill and removed the $5 Margaritas off the sign out front. But before this they asked if we wanted chips and pico. We said yes and that it would be $1.99. Who charges for chips and pico? The time before this we had chips no problem until we wanted more and got charged. We had 4 at our table the last time. I’m thinking that’s our last time there.
Just got off of the target merry-go-round with an item that I wanted to purchase. I asked them to hold the item and them someone in the background was talking and then no they couldn't hold the item. I set a friend to pick this up and in 15 mins it was gone...such bs, seems to me that another employee had it held because it was still available on line...funny how everyone I know go to other targets then hellgin...peace out, your days are numbered, ppl want good service and not bs...so disappointed
no lo recomiendo porque si pides recibo o información de lo que cobran te quieren cobrar nueva mente pésimo el servicio y la comida te la sirve como ellos quieren
This place opened up not to long ago and today I got a fruit cup with a a whole bunch of fruits and as I'm eating theres a quarter in my fruit! And it's not in the top it's in the second layer of fruit like how could they not notice a quarter let alone have money near their food!! I'm so disappointed with this place I don't think I'll EVER be returning here after this incident what so ever !
Do not use credit/debit cards hereI went in El Faro one Friday night around 10:30 pm. Got out of my car and noticed It smells like garbage around the back. So I Walked inside, only to be overwhelmed by how crowded it is. I order a burrito with Guacamole which was made relatively fast. Cool, I go home and eat my burrito, and yes, the burrito it's self was a pleasant experience. Now, fast forward a couple days. It's now Monday. I check my credit card statement only to notice I was double charged. I call the restaurant and explain the problem. They say I need to come in Friday, to resolve my issue. That's 4 days away. The charge was only for $13.25, so I plead with them that I can just print out my statement from the credit card and show them for my money back. The lady takes a frim stance and just says "That's the way it's done". So now I have to incorporate driving to El Faro on my Friday afternoon, just for a chance to get my $13.
My husband and I went to this restaurant for the first and the last time. The food was mediocre and tasteless. My husband is Mexican and was not impressed as all.
Margaritas and Flaming Fajitas .Oh my gosh it's yummyyyyy.....
I love this place. prices are just right and the staff very friendly.
