I have owned rental properties for over 13 years. This is by far the best carpet cleaning company you can work with. Victor and his team are true and honest professionals. He and Gustavo arrived exactly on time and ready to go. They clearly explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. During the walk through I asked them about stretching an area of the carpet in the bedroom where it needed to be done. They were able to adapt and add that into the plan with no problem. I had to run some errands during the time they were working so they gave me a call 20 minutes before they were done. When I arrived the carpet looked wonderful. Any and all dark spots / stains had been removed and the carpet was stretched perfectly so there was no bump in the carpet anymore. Cost wise, I believe they are competitive with anyone else out there and the quality of work far surpassed my expectations. It’s really simple. Very detail carpet and upholstery cleaning I have every seen in my 30 years of hiring carpet cleaning professionals. I clean once a year every year. I have tried the cheap ones and you get what you pay for. I have tried the expensive ones and they think they deserve top pay for average work. I found carpet wiser on craigslist. They want to make a name for themselves and work the hardest for the money. They recently clean my upholstery on my chairs. my daughter spilled half a smoothie on it. Always a great job.

Great Job. Cleaned my three bedroom, stairs, and family room. The grandchildren come by and add their own stain signature. They ask what the stain was and they have different bottles of solutions to remove it. Thirteen year old carpet never looked so good.

Carpet Wiser uses a multi-step process. 1st-carpet shampoo. 2nd-spot cleans any stubborn spots. 3rd-steam extraction. Thus, from bottom to top, an extremely clean carpet. Carpet Wiser, is by far, the best carpet cleaning company that I have used over the years. In addition to being a homeowner, I also own three apartment buildings. He took his time to educate me on the process of cleaning of my carpets and upholstery and well as stain removal. Stains were pre treated, carpets were scrubbed first and then steam cleaned and the furniture was properly protected. He meticulously cleaned my two microfiber couches being careful not to saturate them. Having two young children I clean my home quite frequently. As a landlord, quality cleaning is important to me for my bottom line and well as the marketability of my apartments. He literally saves me thousands of dollars yearly in carpet replacements by cleaning, restoring and repairing. In a pinch he even installed some carpeting when damage by previous tenants was too extensive. I have also referred them to my parents and well as my brother.
