Going Above and BeyondDue to poor service and systems at UConnect, software added by the dealership on my Jeep Cherokee was wiped out. UConnect passed the issue onto the dealership saying they (UConnect) could not fix the problem that they caused. I called my salesman Joe and he said they should be able to help. He referred me to the service dept. John in the service department spent hours on the phone talking to multiple vendors to get the issue resolved. Feeny Jeep did not cause the issue, but they sure did fix it when they could have easily said not our problem. They went above and beyond and showed what real customer service is. Thank you Feeny for the sale and the service!
I had been trying to buy a car for months but had not the best credit im 21 years old so every dealship i would go to was just a mess and it almost seem like the sales person weren't even interested in selling me a car, I went to this ford location as my last attempt. not only they were able to help me out but they took the time to explain my options in buying a car and i didnt just talk to one person the whole team was helping out, I was able to get as car and i was a happy camper. They seriously have a great team!!!
This was my second visit to this dealership, and I was extremely pleased by the service and very helpful nature of the staff. I would definitely recommend this dealer ship.
