It's great to have a business you can trust. He gave us sound advice a few years back about how softeners are overused and cause many service calls and other ways to make our machines last longer. Our 11year old front loader appeared headed for a significant repair. Instead of coming out to collect a fee for what he could diagnose by phone, he gave me a rough minimum cost so I could decide it was best to replace it. I TRUST THIS GUY!
I called and Joe, the owner came over my house, diagnosed the TV explaining in details all posibilities. He took the TV to his shop, order and change the motherboard and brought it back. Unfortunately the motherboard needed to be changed. Joe dealt with it and my TV is working perfectly. However, I will not buy another Vizio again. I thank Joe very much for his diligence and profesionalism. The service fee was reasonable. I would recomand him to my friends and family. Excelent!
Joe came to check my tv said IT MIGHT be the power board. Said he would call with an estimate. Took my $50 and never heard back from him. Poor customer service
