Love this place! My family has been going here for years and Dr. Susan J Cechner is the best vet around! Can't say enough good things about this place!

Had an emergency for my pet once. Dr. C came out to my house way out in the middle of no-where and treated my pet there in the middle of the night. Have been happily going there ever since.

Pretty Unhappy!

Over a year ago, Elburn Animal Hospital did an emergency surgery on my dog. Yes, they saved his life. They also accidentally left the heating pad on high during his surgery, leaving him with a 3rd degree burn on his side. After months of painful wound cleaning and dressing, the six by two inch scar finally healed. He has no hair left in that area.

Happy they saved him, very unhappy such a careless mistake was made. Since finding a new vet, I have heard over and over how no one uses those electric heating pads any more because burns happen so often. :(
