Overall

The worst!!! Working with T&J started out to be an excellent experience but after the counter top was installed and of course they were paid in full trying to get a response was not an excellent experience. The top was installed not level, the seam was covered with black glue that covered more then the seam, scratches were put in our new wood floor eventually they had to come out and replace one part of the top in reality they should have replaced both pieces the individual that installed the second top commented it was the best he could do with what he had to work with. They scheduled an appointment to come and look at it again but never showed up, no phone call or anything, this was not the first time they did not respond to my email or phone calls. The individual that suggested to use them has changed his mind about referring them after he saw the top and tried to contact them with pretty much the same response I have got. Eventually they came out again and worked again on patching the seam, they only seemed to me concerned with how smooth it is but didn't care how the seam looked. I have the feeling once they were paid I was no longer a valued customer. After seeing the seam and the white spot in the black granite I asked if it could be replaced and we were told that will not happen.
