Melissa and Enrique, the onsite managers, are absolute gems. They made the storage process easy, and are extremely responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this location if you ever need storage in the Bay Area.

The storage units are clean and the facility seems safe and well maintained. The individual managing the property was very helpful and friendly -- he made sure I saw the unit before signing any paperwork, helped me figure out which elevator to use to load the unit, and carefully explained how to enter the property on the day of my move. It was a smooth, easy process!

My needs with space was met here I couldn’t find a large enough storage so I had two it was very costly and the only place that I could get a upgrade for a decent price was here so now I have one storage with plenty of space for more items if needed

Enrique and Melissa, the managers at Security Public Storage, offer superb customer service and are available to help with anything they can. They are professional and friendly and make what is normally a hassle less so. The business model is transparent and there are no hidden fees or forced upcharges when it is too late to reasonably change your mind. The price is also less than other competitors in the area. The facility itself is clean and well-kept. I was told the management is constantly doing upgrades so this is also reassuring. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

Very personable, polite and caring management team. They both gave us their undivided attention assuring us of both of the covid19 sanitation protocols and the cleanliness and care of the property. Very, very kind and understood our temporary storage needs.! I highly recommend this facility to all my friends and family. Thank you!

Facility is very clean and easy to find. Very easy to get in and out whether just picking up dropping off a few items or a truck load.Staff is very friendly and always willing to help with anything you need.

Storage facility is located just off the highway. Very affordable and the staff are lovely. The room itself was taller than expected, offering more space than initially thought. There are elevators for the upper floors that are very roomy. I couldn't recommend them more!

The owners are very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I just wish they had a restroom facility available (as most storage businesses have) for their patrons to use, and open later until 9pm like in S.F!
