Most of the employees were polite and cordial and behaved in a great manner of professionalism I stayed at the rv park which was mediocre at best but sufficed for free the establishment is somewhat clean but don't expect any thing for a good meal the only problem I had is with security the two younger males seem to have low self worth and like to use their authority in a way that is unprofessional and made any thing Ive said null and void in term of good I would not recommend this place nor will I ever spend my money here again

THIS IS THE WORST CASINO IN THE STATE! This is the 3rd time that I have been told the incorrect info from the players club regarding promotional events. I even called 2 times before heading there to DOUBLE check on times and details and they still got it wrong. It takes me 40 min to drive to El Reno and I never would've come had I been told the promotional ended at 11 rather than 12. Once I got there they gave me the run around at BOTH the main casino and travel plaza, told me they COULDNT do anything (which is false, I know they can) and that basically "sorry about your luck". I explained to them that I spoke to a gentleman the first time and he said he had been the only one there and he didn't tell me that information....LIE! I gave them an actual name for the person I spoke to the second time and they acted as though they didn't know her. LiE!!
Anyway, my point is don't go. They are a bunch of blithering idiots that clearly don't have a clue what's going on!

No stars they give promo but they don't redeem lost ticket that's BS I had to wait close to an hour wait nothing after waiting they give free play but nothing

I thought they had regulations on casino payouts. Guess not they have machines payout when they want too. proof machines will ring at same time then stop then nothing .this is not random its a program designed to take your $ If want a jackpot don't go stay at home that's how to win. They are crooks and rob you out of your dollars

Compared to all of the casinos I have been to this is the only one I have hit the jackpot at...4 different times in the past year. They have a live band on friday nights from 8pm to 12pm.
