I bought a new I phone & not until I finished my purchase & bought accessories for the phone did my salesman tell me they had no WiFi nor network nor had they had any for over 2 weeks! I needed my contacts & apps transferred to my new phone. They referred me to the store by Bassett! I couldn’t get to bssset for over a week & had to use my old phone for phone #’s, it was a pain. A week later I went to the Bassett store & they informed me the n mesa store is selling new phones to customers then sending them to other stores for service like transferring contacts & apps! This was the worst sprint store service l’ve ever had! I will not be returning to this store!!!

Alfred is the worst manager I have ever spoken to not once but twice! He is rude, talks over you, plays the victim role and never takes ownership of what his staff has done or himself and hangs up on you. When you try to all back they just place you on hold. This time it was a simple transfer of ownership ship and issues with my billing because according to customer service he didn't do it right (and hes a manager!!). Both intances customer service had to get invovled to get it resolved.

Came back to premier for a 2nd visit. They were able to replace my screen in about half hour. Prices were about the same as everywhere else I called. Thank you premier wireless.
This has to be the worst place for customer service, cellular service, any service! Their phones never worked, we never received any service and were refused a refund. When we asked to talk to the owner, we were told "Jay" isn't in. The owner is Jehu Bordier, and I guess he doesn't want to face customers that are not happy with a lack of service. We switched providers away from this horrible place and can now enjoy actual service. Save your money and shop elsewhere. They do not stand behind their products or services.
Worst experience I've ever had. They charged me 160$ just to fix a cracked screen. When I got my phone back hours later both my front and back camera were not working, along with my microphone. They fixed the screen with cheap products. They did not use apple products and just made my phone worse than what it already was. I will never go back here again. This place overcharges for horrible quality work.

This place is a joke. They took forever to replace the screen on my iPhone 6 then wanted to charge me a fortune. Then after asking around, I realized it's just another business that's using it's supposed "services" to launder Cartel money. This type of thing is happening all over El Paso....
I can't rate them any worse than 1 star. I took them my tablet for repair in March. They never called me to update me as to the status of my repair. I stopped at the store and they told me the part they got was defective so they would have to reorder. Stopped by 2 WEEKS later and was told that the part was on back order. Waited an additional 2 WEEKS and stopped at the store and was told that the part was still on back order and they didn't think they could get the part. They had my money for over 2 MONTHS, NEVER CALLED ME TO INFORME ME ABOUT MY REPAIR. I have never experienced such bad customer service from any business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
