This was a very disappointing experience, and I will never return to Sewing Center of El Paso. I checked the time online, and the site showed the store opened at 9:00 am on Saturday. Evidently, this was an old site. Because when I arrived at 9:25 am, it was closed. I tried calling the contact number repeatedly to inquire what time the store opened, but no one answered, and worse, there was no recording to inform customers of their hours. This is Basic Business 101! Also, there were no hours posted anywhere on their door to inform customers when they open and close. I assumed that if the store did not open at 9 am, it must open at 10 am on Saturday morning. Wrong! I wanted to purchase a $3,000 machine and was recommended by someone from my quilting group. What I did was drive to Las Cruces where I received excellent customer service, knew exactly what the hours were for their store, and happily purchased my machine. I will never visit EPSC again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

My work day ends at 4:10 on the far east side. I rushed taking the loop to try to make it and I arrived at the American door at 4:45. I knocked on the window because it says closes at 5:00 so I thought it closed at five. I was told by a man it was already closed. I explained I needed to leave the machine and have it looked over. I was not able to. Busy schedule customers will not be considered.
This man is a wizard with the sewing machines! I've been bringing sewing machines for years to Fernando and bam, fixes them all. One day I strayed and could not find a part for my antique sewing machine. I asked Fernando and he went back to his house and suprize, he had about 5 of them. Super on prices. Better than ebay!
I will never take my singer here ever again. I had to return multiple times for the same issue. And each time they would find something else to charge me for. The guy who works there. (I believe his name is Tony, suspiciously like the only other five star review here). He was condescending towards me, and suggested that I ditch my Singer, for a Janome, he was selling. This is great for a store that is supposed to be the authorized Singer repair center! They are never there; their 1970's paper clock stating what time they'll be back is a joke. I've sat well past the return time multiple times, only to be laughed at after they arrive, as to why I would bother waiting so long? I have only continued going back because they are the authorized repair center, but I have since found another repair center when my I overlocker just needed some up keep, and will from now on go there. This site really needs to evaluate how they treat their customers, and singer maybe needs to evaluate who they five their authorization to.
