First time I walked in everyone was really nice and greeted me as soon as they saw me. Walked in several other times and the guys were super rude, didnt greet, didnt even loom at me in the eyes while talking to me. Worst case is when they call me to get my payment they dont know what's going on with my account and they last about 5min trying to figure out whose going to take the payment.Dont recommend this place at all... Horrible service.

Employees are clueless about tires and brands. They just know what's in the system. Why do they just hire anyone. Find people that know about tires types etc.
My husband and I set up a payment plan for a washer and dryer set through them. Our washer is brand new but acts like we've owned it for 30 years! It's terrible! To top it off we've tried to get these guys out here 3 TIMES to fix it and we keep hearing "we'll call yoy back"..."we're busy". Such a shame since my family has been customers of Aaron's for almost 10 years! Definitely take your business some place else!. Absolute WORST customer experience I've EVER had!

This is a real bad business, the person there not willing to help you out in any form. I stop by for a air and I was refuse out of the three employees there was no willing to serve. One person came from the back sitting in the back desk and told me if you do not have an account with us you can't have air. But he did have the time to record me on his phone when he saw that I was upset. And recorded me all the way outside the building until I left the premises. I wonder where these people find their employees. I would avoid ever going in and doing any type of business with these people. I called there other store and the people there were more nicer and apologize in the behalf of these people Montana ave.
DONT DO IT!!!! i purchase a sectional there my payment is 160 evey month BUT ONLY $23 goes to the actual payment the rest are fees!! its ridiculous they tell you that they help build your credit but forget to mention they rob you... NOT ONLY that but the seams on the pillowc came undone after only a couple of months my husband took them to get new ones and the warehouse has new pillows BUT couldnt find our account and since we were a RAC customer we had to take them back to the store, turn them in to get fixed that was in OCT its JAN and still DONTt have my pillows!!! but since oct i was threatended that if i didnt pay they would pick up my furniture and it DOES NOT say that anywhere in the contract ( i was 15 days late but theyre threatened me after only 7 days!) and everytime i asked about my pillows they said they would be here anyday, or they get a shipment every tues BUT after i paid they would tell the were on back order!!! backorder since oct?? and they never call me back when they say they will... and they are always waiting on a phone call and never know when my pillows will be replaced!! WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!!...
