Very, very poor customer service. Rude pharmacy technician. They will NEVER call you back! I changed my prescriptions to McCory's Pharmacy. I informed them their IVR stated they were closed and they acted like they did not care! Do NOT do business with this pharmacy. McCory[s also has bett…
Excellent customer service, the staff are very kind and courteous, they genuinely care about their customers. The prices are very affordable, I highly recommend McCrorys pharmacy.
Great place! Although I long had been familiar with McCrory's Pharmacy, until recently I had not found the opportunity to visit. Then, earlier this Summer, my physician recommended McCrory's to me for the compounding of some specialized topical medicine which he prescribed. Upon my entering the pharmacy, the small, friendly staff immediately welcomed me as a neighbor. After that, they proved themselves not only to be courteous, but also to be highly competent. They produced my medicine well within the time promised, and it worked (and still works} like a charm. I have returned to McCrory's several times since, and my experience consistently has been the same as that of the first visit. I deeply appreciate and unequivocally recommend McCrory's. In my own case, I find their service to be well worth a crosstown drive.
Groceries, drinks, beer, ciggerettes, sell used laptops, PCs, monitors fixes them too. Right in the middle of downtown. Guy named Paolo nice fella bilingual. Small but convieniant.
After dealing with large pharmacies where you are just a number, rather than an individual...it was wonderful to find McCroy Pharmacy. Upon my very first encounter, I was treated with the upmost respect and honest care about my health. I was so happy with their service and help in getting in a rather difficult medication to find so expeditiously, that I switched my pharmacy to them. I plan to stay with this wonderful hometown pharmacy for a long long time.
Worst customer service. We recently switched our business from Walgreens to CVS. Biggest mistake ever. This location closes at 6pm. I was there at 6:02pm after I rushed over after work to their location because the one near the university did not carry the meds we needed for our 16 month old daughters ear infection. They were closing the "gate" when I ran in and when I asked if they were closing, the pharmacist said, "yes" literally shut the gate on my face without asking what it was I needed nor did he bother to say "we can help you right away, after all, it's ONLY 2 minutes of over time". It would've taken him a second to see I just needed a pickup. Off I go back home to a VERY sick toddler who's in pain for ANOTHER night. Thank you CVS pharmacist for your lack of customer service and compassion. We're going back to good ole faithful Walgreens.
Ms. Elizabeth Pharmacist is very attentive with her customers. We appreciate her kindness and knowledge.
Great friendly staff.Dr Peyman took extra step to help my dad in the weekend, when we call his personal phone. he went to pharmacy fill my dad medications on his day off.thanks for great customer care.
The pharmacy techs here are idiots! I kept being told that my insurance wasnt active when I just recently got the insurance! Pharmacist kept arguing with me and was so rude! FIRST & LAST TIME I EVER USE WALMART PHARMACY!!!
