So this is what happened, at DICK POE TOYOTA , EL Paso. 1.) To make the deal, at first I was told everything. When I asked for an automatic vehicle instead of a CVT, I was told: Oh, Yes sir these cars do come with both the options. Once I agreed to go ahead with the offer the sales person tells me that you just have the CVT option. (So it means the salesperson didn't have knowledge about the vehicle) Worst part is once the price of the vehicle was discussed the salesman wasn't even in sight for me to ask questions related to the vehicle or the offer!! When talking about the final price: "Sir, here you go this is the best deal we have given any customer on this car." (But we will not tell you about the higher APR on that deal. Even though you are buying a brand new vehicle. Basically, I was kept in dark about the APR until I called the insurance company and got the insurance and went ahead with the payments) 2.) Without notifying about the APR they ran a credit check & I took a hit on my credit score. Noone said anything about that but I was told "We cannot help with that! You have to bear the hit you got on your score" 3.) The experience that shook me the most and would keep me away from Dick Poe toyota and all the other brands they indulge with is while I was expressing my disappointment with the way I was treated, one of the sales manager used the "F" word and almost pushed me out of the dealership with rage all over his face. So in a nutshell: 1.) I wasted 5 hours of my saturday on a deal which wasn't made clear to me and had hidden terms & conditions in it, 2.) I didn't get the service a customer would expect when he/she wants to give his/her business. 3.) Instead of making things right I got insulted and got cursed and shouted at by the sales manager. 4.) When I said that I will put your review on google they were like I should tell whoever I wanted to tell, they don't care about it.

This dealership is by far the most crooked dealership. Purchased a vehicle on November 4 from these people, received it with no gas, undetailed, and no "welcome Kit" as it states in the contract. It has been 3 months and my trade in has not yet been paid off, I am getting collection calls from my trade in and of course the worst part I now have negative credit remarks on my credit report that I didn't have for the past 5 years. To top it off they forgot to do the inspection on it and I was left with doing so and was told I would get re-imbursed. Not live in town so I was forced to do so. I was also told I was to keep my air force license plates and just found out they did not submit the paperwork and gave me different plates lol. Overall these people have been liars from day one and have not returned my phone calls for the last 2 months to inform me what the status is on my trade in pay off. Don't let them ruin your credit. All they care about is their sale and after that your screwed. I am now taking legal action to resolve this. Take your business else where.
Great selection with Professional very approachable staff. Although they have been at this location for over 30 years, you really will see and feel the difference the moment you step on this lot. The salesman was pleasant, non-aggressive and really listened to our needs. I'll gladly recommend this car lot to all my family and friends.
For your own good don’t buy from this place. They are clowns selling pieces of junk, ripping people off and putting their lives in danger when they claim to repair the vehicles you buy from them. Hope to see this place shut down soon.

This is the best store to buy from period. They made a beautiful dealership and hired the best people. My salesperson Jose Luis spent a ton of time finding the Murano that we wanted. Black and leather with a sunroof is what we wanted and that is what we got. Dan Stewart was the man behind the scenes and made all the numbers possible .. we will definitely go back for another Nissan. And they have an awesome service dept by the way
Had the worst experience, bought a 2013 kia Sportage Mr. Alejandro the sales man said he was going to fix the radio which was not working, and some other defects that he promised to fix he was very persistent when I was interested in buying a car after I signed and he had promised he was going to fix all the defects he just ignored my texts. I called his supervisor to ask him about the radio and he was very rude and very unprofessional his name is Tony Aguilar. Very disrespectful person, he said he was looking for the radio and so far nothing this was back in July and I'm still waiting for that radio.I don't recommend anyone to do business with Mr. Alejandro or Tony Aguilar.
I just bought a beautiful 2016 Camaro from Southwest Auto and I can't give these guys enough praise.
