Horrible customer service! All they care about is making a sale and do not take care of their customers! We went there looking for an item and the owner was arguing with us saying that the size we should take should be a large, Instead of the extra large that we needed. We told her the item would not fit but she kept on insisting that it was a large we needed and made us feel really dumb. We went there the next day to tell her it didn’t fit, and that she gave us the wrong advice saying that it would fit, but she said no refunds and then lied saying that she had never told us that she recommended that size. I told her that is not the way to treat customers. She then ignored us and didn’t acknowledge us in the store. I learned as a business owner if you treat your customers with kindness, honesty and that they are always valued, then you will have many customers and a successful business. But if you lie to customers, treat them badly, and make them feel unwelcomed, then your business is short lived. With business practices like M&M Fashions, I don’t see them remaining in business very long.

No one on Dyer in El Paso Texas That when they don't give veterans military discount And they describe my husband in front of me Saying if he's activeDidn't show any respect to my husband and he is a retired military Did ask him right then and there and he was active That's stupid
Some of the cahiers think they're the owners of the store, they change the prices as they please, even though they say the items must be marked, if they're a higher price than the one posted. Well, this people just change the prices, marked or not. Not going to this store ever again. I find better bargains at the outlet, most of all, they don't change the prices at the cash register, just because they want to.
Assistance League® is an all volunteer organization. All proceeds from the Thrift Store are returned to the community through Operation School Bell®, PASO Bears®, We Help Others and Assault Survivor Kits.

My 75 year old mother an I went shopping at your store. She wanted to buy a t-shirt for my son who of course is her grandson. When we got up to the register, to save time, I asked her to buy me some sunglasses that were at the counter. I left the area to take a call, I could vaguely hear the cashier asking her who the items were for, and she replied "for her and her family". Immediately the cashier told her that they were for not for her, and because it was Senior Citizen's day she was not going to allow her to purchase them and that if she ever tried that again she was going to report her and black list her from ever purchasing any items at Goodwill again!... My mom left the store without the items and she confirmed what had happened. I found this absurd!... What will Goodwill post pictures of black listed senior citizens at all stores!.. She did not even offer for me to purchase them, she placed the items behind the counter. What does it matter what she wants to do with her purchases? My mother was humiliated in front of the other customers. I think she deserves an apology.
